Maybe you’ve been told your child is “too much” or “too sensitive”. Or maybe that’s what you’ve been told about yourself. Maybe you’re a parent trying to understand a recent diagnosis, or an adult who’s spent years masking just to get through the day.
How I work
I’m a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst who has supported families with developmental and neurodivergent needs since 2014, and I later trained in clinical counselling under Nelson Szeto, our founder, to bring a deeper, more integrated layer to that work.
I support children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, relational difficulties, ADHD, autism, and emotional regulation challenges, as well as parents looking for practical, compassionate ways to understand and connect with their child.
My approach
My approach blends Behavioural Therapy, CBT, and Adlerian Therapy with practical environmental and functional-skills strategies, not to make you or your child act more “normal,” but to build a life with more autonomy, connection, and genuine ease.
My space is neuro-affirming by design: your brain isn’t a problem to fix, and neither is your child’s.
What I can help with
- Children and teens with big emotions, or behaviour nobody at home can decode
- Parents trying to make sense of a recent ADHD or autism diagnosis
- Adults who have spent years masking and are tired
- Anxiety and emotional regulation across the whole family
- Men who want practical, direct work rather than open-ended talk
