You know something’s off. You can feel it in your body before you can put it into words. Maybe it’s the racing thoughts at 2am, the meltdown that seems to come from nowhere, or the sense that no matter how hard you try to get organized, life still feels like it’s managing you instead of the other way around.

How I work

I’m dually registered as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Registered Occupational Therapist, which means I don’t just talk with you about what’s going on, I also work with the practical, physical side of it: your nervous system, your sensory world, the systems (or lack of them) that shape your day.

I bring this integrated lens to teens, individuals, parent-child work, and families, especially where anxiety, trauma, executive functioning challenges like ADHD, or sensory processing sensitivities are part of the picture.

My approach

In practice, that means blending somatic-informed psychotherapy with Polyvagal Theory, DBT, and CBT and exposure therapy, treating your nervous system and your thinking patterns as two sides of the same problem, not separate issues. The occupational therapy lens is what I bring to executive function and ADHD work in particular: the environment, the routines, the systems that make follow-through possible.

I’m committed to helping you build real resilience, not just coping in the moment, but growing into someone you’re proud to look back on.

  • Anxiety that shows up in the body before it shows up in words

  • Parent-child work where regulation is the real issue
